TAK-715 is a inhibitor of p38 MAPK (IC50 = 7.1 nM for p38 MAPKα). TAK-715 also inhibits Wnt-3a-stimulated β-catenin signaling. Inhibits 22 kinases by more than 80%, including CKIδ/ε. Anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatoid arthritis agent. Orally bioavailable. [1][2]
