Details:

AT 9283 is a substance being studied in the treatment of some types of cancer. It is small molecule a multi-targeted c-ABL, JAK2, Aurora A and B inhibition with 4, 1.2, 1.1 ad approximate 3 nM for Bcr-Abl (T3151), Jak2 and Jak3 aurora A and B, respectively. It blocks enzymes (Aurora kinases) involved in cell division and may kill cancer cells. ^[1][2]
