VE-821 is a potent and selective ATP competitive inhibitor of ATR with Ki and IC50 of 13 nM and 26 nM, respectively. Inhibition of the key DNA damage response kinase ATR has been suggested as an attractive approach for sensitization of tumor cells to DNA damaging agents. [1][2]
