Fulvestrant (Faslodex) is an estrogen receptor (ER) antagonist with IC50 of 0.094 nM. Fulvestrant is efficacious in the treatment of estrogen-sensitive breast cancer, in part because it largely lacks agonist activity in relevant tissues.  [1][2]
