Galeterone (TOK-001 or VN/124-1) is a drug that being developed by Tokai Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for the treatment of prostate cancer. It is both an androgen receptor antagonist and CYP17A1 inhibitor. It is currently being tested in early phase I/II clinical trials for castration resistant prostate cancer.[1]
