Description of:NT157 (Synonyms: Tyrphostin NT157)
NT157(CAS: 1384426-12-3)is a selective inhibitor of IRS-1/2. NT157 significantly affected the cells' migratory ability. NT-157 induced cytostatic effects, as evidenced by G2/M cell cycle arrest, and did not affect apoptosis. NT157 has the potential to inhibit IGF-1R and STAT3 signaling pathways in cancer cells and stroma cells of TME leading to a decrease in cancer cell survival.
